Arlen Ness hub kits must be purchased separately to complete assembly. Rims can be used on both front and/or rear applications when the correct hub kit (not included) is installed (sold separately). Separate purchase of Arlen Ness Fat tire fork boot covers or fork tube guard is also required for installation.
