Description
This heavy-duty long travel axle from Demon is constructed from high-strength 4340 chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional resistance to breakage and wear. The larger CV joints and center shaft diameter provide increased load-bearing capacity, while the dual heat-treated axle components further enhance overall strength. CNC-machined and micro-polished internal components minimize friction and maximize efficiency. The re-engineered cage design enhances durability, providing consistent performance under extreme stress. A TPEE boot offers excellent resistance to wear and tear. Pre-assembled for easy installation, this axle is ready to bolt in and go. The swing angle of up to 47° allows for maximum articulation and improved handling in rough terrain. Compatible with a wide range of long travel suspension kits, including those from Cognito Motorsports, Extreme Performance, Fireball Racing HCR, and more.
