The Feuling High Load Beehive Valve Spring Kit is meticulously machined from a premium grade Hi-tensile chrome silicon single conical ovate wire, designed to withstand the most demanding V-Twin engine applications. Each spring undergoes a rigorous shot-peening process, combined with a specially processed thermal heat treat and a super NexTex® finish. This advanced treatment significantly enhances fatigue life, ensuring your engine performs reliably from stock configurations to high-performance setups.

Feuling's innovative Beehive design incorporates smaller, lighter weight retainers, which drastically reduce overall valve weight. This critical reduction promotes quicker engine revving and smoother valvetrain motion compared to traditional dual or single valve springs. The kit is engineered to eliminate valve spring separation, maximize stability, and effectively reduce valvetrain noise and harmonics, contributing to a more efficient and durable engine. These valve springs offer a direct bolt-in replacement for lifts up to 0.565", requiring no spring seat or rocker cover machining. While they can accommodate over 0.600" cam lift, this will necessitate spring seat pocket machining on the cylinder heads to achieve the correct open height. Designed to fit factory-style 6.00 mm valve stems with a triple groove, this kit is recommended for +0.540” lift camshafts and race-style engines.

Important to Know
