The Feuling 487 Series Camshaft is particularly effective for engines with a 4.25" stroke, offering significant performance gains. It responds exceptionally well to increased bore and/or compression, enhanced exhaust systems, and improved air cleaners. While performance valve springs are not mandatory, their use can contribute to a smoother and quieter valvetrain operation. This camshaft is engineered to maximize your engine's capabilities, providing noticeable improvements in power and torque across the RPM range. The cam specifications are meticulously measured in the engine on the lifter at 0.050 using a 1.61 rocker arm ratio, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
