Description
The Feuling Parts Race Series® Camchest Kit is engineered to maximize the performance of your 114" or 117" cubic inch engine. At the heart of this kit is the 487 Reaper® chain drive camshaft, designed to work exceptionally well with increased bore and/or compression, delivering strong bottom-end power and hard-pulling performance above 2,950 rpm. The kit includes high-performance Race Series® hydraulic roller lifters with a slower bleed-down rate to handle heavy valve spring pressures. The included Race Series® oil pump increases oil pressure and scavenge volume, reducing wet sumping and blow-by, while providing cooler engine and oil temperatures. The high-flow billet 7075 aluminum camplate bolts directly into the stock location, ensuring proper oil flow and durability. Paired with one-piece pushrods made from heavy-duty 7/16" diameter tubing, this kit ensures optimal valve train stability and performance. This camchest kit delivers proven rear-wheel power gains and a significant reduction in engine sump oil level.Features & highlights
