Description

The Feuling Parts Race Series® Cam Chest Kit is designed to eliminate wet sumping, blow-by, and oily air cleaners, common issues in high-performance engines. By increasing oil pressure and scavenge volume, this kit ensures optimal lubrication and cooling, maintaining engine temperatures 15°–35° cooler and oil temperatures 15°–30° cooler. Expect a significant increase of 15-30 PSI of oil pressure, contributing to enhanced engine longevity and performance. The included heavy-duty .165" wall one-piece pushrods minimize valvetrain harmonics and maximize valve lift, working well with performance upgrades like slip-on mufflers, complete exhaust systems, and high-flow air cleaners. Furthermore, this kit is optimized to perform with increased bore and compression builds. The full-travel Race Series® hydraulic roller lifters are designed with a slower bleed-down rate, making them ideal for high valve spring pressures and increased engine RPM before valve float. The lifters also feature increased roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts and optimized clearance for the front exhaust camshaft lobe flange.
