The Hot Cams Stage 2 Camshaft is designed for enthusiasts seeking a noticeable improvement in mid-to-top-end power. Manufactured using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) from durable 8620 billet steel and case hardened, this camshaft is built to withstand the rigors of high-performance engines. Dyno-proven and engineered using advanced valvetrain software, the Stage 2 camshaft delivers a 5%-10% power gain. Select cams feature Hot Cams Improved Throttle Design (I.T.R.) technology, providing improved throttle response across the entire RPM range. Generally designed as a drop-in replacement, it often allows for use with stock valve springs (verify before installation).
