The Hot Cams Stage 2 Camshaft is meticulously crafted using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining from robust 8620 billet steel, ensuring exceptional durability and performance. Case hardened for increased wear resistance, this camshaft is designed to withstand the rigors of high-performance applications. Engineered using advanced valvetrain software and rigorously tested in the USA, the Hot Cams Stage 2 Camshaft provides a 5%-10% power gain across the mid-range and top-end. Select models incorporate Hot Cams' innovative Improved Throttle Design (I.T.R.) technology, enhancing throttle response throughout the entire RPM range. Designed as a drop-in replacement, this camshaft allows for easy installation without requiring aftermarket valve springs in most applications.
