Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 stainless steel, providing exceptional strength and reduced weight. Its expertly crafted profile enhances flow characteristics for improved engine performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", resulting in enhanced wear properties, reduced friction, and superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench, ensuring optimal performance. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg to further reduce friction and wear.
