Description

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering exceptional strength and lightweight properties. Its meticulously designed profile maximizes flow characteristics, enhancing engine performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment dramatically improves wear resistance, reduces friction, and provides superior protection against corrosion compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and undergoes rigorous testing on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for increased durability.
