Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced durability. A special nitriding process, with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, significantly improves wear properties and minimizes friction. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design and optimized profile ensure exceptional flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides while maintaining close tolerances for improved oil control and efficient heat dissipation. This valve is designed for intake applications and offers exceptional performance and longevity.
