Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. The design creates ample room within the handlebar's peak, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without chafing. A unique flaring process and burr-free internal radius generate additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, streamlining the wiring process; simply insert the harness and pull it through. The handlebar's smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and high-luster finishes ensure unmatched appearance and quality. It has a 1-1/4" diameter with 1" diameter center sections and 3-1/2" on-center knurling, making it compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. The 1-1/4" Viking Handlebar comes in a gloss black finish.

Important to know

This handlebar is not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
