The design creates ample space, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through easily without chafing. The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, providing additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum Shielding preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, making wiring installations even more straightforward. The 1-1/4" diameter Viking handlebar is manufactured with high-quality construction, featuring smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and a high-luster chrome finish. Important to know

This handlebar is not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
