Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. The innovative design provides ample room for the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without any chafing. A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, making wiring installations straightforward – simply insert the harness into the sleeving and pull it through. Manufactured with smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots, these handlebars guarantee an unsurpassed appearance and reliable performance. These 1-1/4" diameter handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and 3-1/2" on-center knurling for secure mounting. The gloss black finish adds a sleek, custom touch to your motorcycle.
