The Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers exceptional quality and a precise fit, ensuring a smooth and reliable upgrade for your motorcycle. Each kit includes meticulously crafted throttle and idle cables (or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions), a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, and XR DOT brake lines. You'll also find all necessary copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions, providing a complete solution for your handlebar project. All cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design, meeting or exceeding OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance, which translates to smooth, responsive operation. The Magnum XR Brake Lines are engineered with an enhanced construction of heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket, offering superior durability and excellent braking response for safe riding. Fittings are highly polished before plating, ensuring a premium finish. Kits that include manifolds boast an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance, utilizing -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. These brake lines are fully compliant with all DOT FMVSS-106 Specifications, offering peace of mind.
