Important to know
Torque the pinch bolt to the OEM specification and always use grease on the pinch bolt to achieve an accurate torque reading. Avoid using thread lock on the pinch bolt/shift lever bolt as it will void the manufacturer's warranty. Check the tightness of the pinch bolt after the first fifteen minutes of riding and regularly re-check the torque to prevent the shift lever from loosening.
