Description
The RadiusCX 4.0 clutch kit features an updated EXP assembly with a stronger base material, ensuring better strength in high-temperature environments—critical for the extreme heat generated by high-performance clutches. The redesigned internal wall bases provide enhanced strength and rigidity, resulting in a more connected lever feel for the rider. Friction pads on the outside of the EXP disk now match the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates. This optimized design promotes improved oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack, enhancing cooling capability and ensuring consistent operation. Additionally, the EXP 4.0 wedges now use rolling contact with built-in pins, reducing friction and resistance compared to sliding designs.
