Description
The RadiusCX 4.0 features an updated EXP (expanding friction disk) assembly with enhanced base material, providing superior strength in high-temperature environments, essential for the extreme heat generated by high-performance clutch systems. The internal wall bases have been redesigned for increased strength and rigidity, translating to a more responsive and connected lever feel. The friction pads now incorporate Rekluse's proprietary friction design, matching those found on TorqDrive clutch plates. This design optimizes oil flow characteristics within the clutch pack, improving cooling capability and promoting consistent operation.
The EXP 4.0 wedges have been significantly improved, now utilizing rolling contact with built-in pins.
