The Rekluse RadiusX 4.0 Clutch Kit features an updated EXP (expanding friction disk) assembly with a base material enhanced for superior strength in high-temperature environments. The internal wall bases have been redesigned for greater strength and rigidity, which translates to a more connected lever feel for the rider. The friction pads now incorporate Rekluse's proprietary friction design, mirroring those found on TorqDrive clutch plates. This optimizes oil flow within the clutch pack, improving cooling and ensuring consistent operation. The improved EXP 4.0 wedges now utilize rolling contact with built-in pins. These rolling pins minimize friction and resistance compared to sliding mechanisms, resulting in smoother engagement, a more responsive feel, and enhanced overall power delivery.
