Description
Rekluse has refined the EXP assembly in the RadiusX 4.0 to enhance strength and rigidity, especially under high-temperature conditions. The base material has been updated to withstand extreme heat, critical for modern high-performance clutch systems. The internal wall bases have been redesigned to give riders a more connected lever feel. On the outside of the EXP disk, proprietary friction pad design is now matched to Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, which helps match oil flow characteristics on the clutch pack beneath. This promotes improved cooling and consistent operation. The EXP 4.0 wedges now use rolling contact with built-in pins, which creates less friction and resistance for smoother engagement, more responsive feel, and stronger power delivery. With more direct power delivery, improved durability, and rider-focused functionality, the RadiusX 4.0 also offers enhanced tuning options with varying wedge weights and EXP springs.
