The S&S Cycle Hydraulic Tappets with HL2T Kit are designed to elevate your engine's performance and reliability. These tappets feature rollers with larger-than-stock inner bearing races, significantly reducing stress and increasing axle life. Each lifter body and plunger assembly is meticulously hand-fit and pressure-tested to guarantee correct operation. The redesigned plunger assembly is built to withstand the forces associated with heavy-duty valve springs and pushrods commonly found in high-performance applications. Moreover, the revised metering device precisely controls oil delivery to the top end, ensuring rapid lifter pump-up while minimizing the risk of oil starvation to the bottom end.
