Description

The Vertex Piston Kit is engineered for 2-stroke engines, specifically designed as an OE replacement for 85cc models. The piston is crafted from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, ensuring excellent wear resistance and thermal stability. Heat-treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, this piston offers enhanced strength and longevity. The piston skirt features a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating, which reduces friction for a faster break-in period and significantly extends piston life. Compatible with a standard compression ratio, this kit provides reliable performance and seamless integration with your engine. Installation is straightforward, making it a perfect choice for both enthusiasts and professional mechanics.
